CAQH ProView lets a provider keep one centralized profile holding demographics, licenses, training history, and work experience, then authorize participating health plans to pull that information rather than completing a separate application for each. To keep the data usable, the provider must re-confirm it roughly every 120 days through attestation. Plans rely on this shared profile during payer enrollment and ongoing credentialing, which reduces duplicate paperwork across the industry.
