Continuous Query
Continuous Query is an NPDB enrollment that automatically alerts an organization whenever a new report is filed on an enrolled practitioner.
Continuous Query enrolls a practitioner so the NPDB sends an alert as soon as a new report is filed, instead of requiring the organization to run a fresh check each time. This shifts monitoring from periodic snapshots to near real-time awareness, complementing ongoing sanctions screening. It helps organizations catch issues between re-credentialing cycles.
